Plant Selection
Our
nursery is located in the inland portion of North San Luis
Obispo county. The climate here is both hotter
in the summer (up to 114*) and cooler in the winter (record
lows to 7*) than our neighbors in San Luis Obispo who have
the moderating affect of the coast. We choose plants
with these extremes in mind and offer a selection of plants
that are hardy to zone 7 and to zone 8 for those who
wish to be more daring or live in one of our many micro climates
which are a little warmer in the winter. We strive to
help our customers do it right the first time and do not carry
plants just because they are showy!
See "What's New" for a sampling of interesting new arrivals or call or
come in for current availability.
